The Health Bank account offers an ingeniously simple analysis providing the statistics and response required to cover the six key areas of work design, which the three bodies have indicated as the primary sources of stress at work.

Life Quest Limited is a Cambridge based company which promotes, facilitates and researches complementary health. Life Quest was founded in 1997 as a vehicle for developing innovative approaches to incorporating complementary health in contemporary health culture.

Challenge

To create an online anonymus survey for employees which gathers data regarding general health. To generate this data in the form of a report for the employer.

Solution

The Logic House created a user friendly application with clear and simple interface. The application requests answers to a set of dynamic questions which were set by the content manager into MS Access database. This in turn generates the health diagnostic report for analysis by Lifequest health expert.
